Not living in the area, I called the owner of the company and put all of my trust in his hands. I made sure he had full access to the house and was on a short timeline. When I went to the cottage to check on the work after completion I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. There was even work completed that was not in the contract that he did not charge me for. I was so pleased with the quality of work and the pricing, I have since had IDV Custom Homes back to complete additional work.
I would highly recommend IDV Custom Homes to anyone considering a new build or renovations.

On Nov 07 2007 my house burned down. This was a very devastating moment in my life as all my contents were lost for good.
